My Story

At the early dating age of 22, I took a class from a Professor at the UCLA Brain Institute about how the subconscious mind works. When it was my turn to share what life challenge or issue I wanted to fix, I could only come up with feeling that my father had abandoned me at a young age. But there was no single event, crisis or trauma that I could connect the deep sense of loss I felt when it came to my father.

My Professor told me I had to ask my father what the reason could be. And so I did. That evening I called and asked him what could have happened to result in my feeling like he’d abandoned me.

He said, “Oh that easy to explain, because when you were six, I was facing open heart surgery and I was frightened I might not survive the surgery, and I emotionally withdrew.”

The (now obvious) connection to feeling abandoned and unworthy of love, was also the reason I was repeatedly attracting emotionally-unavailable men. They were all just like my father.

However, the logical explanation and subsequent understanding wasn't enough to erase the negative subconscious program that had been running—and kind of ruining my love life.

The good news is that I also learned how to erase my negative subconscious program in that course. While that process worked to remove the deep sense of abandonment that had been haunting me, and attracting all the wrong men into my life, there was an important piece to the puzzle that the good Professor didn’t teach.

Now, after working in the health and wellness field for over thirty years, I have developed a comprehensive and transformative process that not only expands on what I learned from the good Professor, but also includes that missing piece to the puzzle; as once you erase the negative subconscious program, you’ll want to know what you actually want, and then especially, how to go about creating it.

HOW IT WORKS:

There are three basic ways a negative subconscious program can be created:

1. The Overt Level: Such as verbal, physical or emotional abuse, a crisis, or a traumatic event.

2. The Subtle Level: Overtime, the drip, drip, drip of negative messaging or feedback that can take a toll and make an emotional impact at the subconscious level and create a new negative belief system.

3. The Silent & Invisible Level: We know that a Mother's soothing voice reading a book while her baby is still developing in the womb can lower the baby's fetal heart rate, and establish auditory bonds after birth. By the same token, emotional outbursts and arguments will also affect the child from the womb to potentially throughout it's entire life.

It could also be a family belief system that's been passed down through the generations. Or what I experienced as a young child; the silent emotional withdrawal from my father, yet the emotional impact left it's mark of him 'abandoning me'.

As a result, I created a new belief system of attracting 'emotionally unavailable' men. I couldn't understand why I was attracting the same type of guy, until the age of 22, when I discovered my own negative subconscious program that was running my relationships with men without me even knowing it.

Aristotle once said; "Give me a child until he is seven and I will show you the man."

This still holds true today.

While many people suggest to simply 'let it go' or 'get over it', we all know when it comes to emotional upsets, it's really not that simple.

This is primarily due to how powerful emotions impact us and can get imprinted at the subconscious level as a new belief system, oftentimes as a self-sabotaging belief about ourselves, our potential, and our life.

These subconscious programs are not something that can be overwritten with the most positive of affirmations, will power, or even the best of intentions.

The reason for this is because in order to create the life you truly desire, the conscious mind MUST be in harmony with the subconscious mind.
